Cancellation insurance |
CHF 90 per child per session |
We strongly recommend that all families subscribe to our all-inclusive cancellation insurance. For complete details, please see condition 8 of the Booking Conditions (Parents Guide of this website). |
Accident insurance |
CHF 40 per child per session |
Accident insurance is required for all participants. As most families have their own insurance schemes, Village Camps’ insurance is optional.
Please note that if you do not provide details of your own insurance policy, you will automatically be billed for Village Camps’ insurance, provided by Elvia Assurance (100% reimbursement of the cost in Switzerland of medical bills relating to new accidents). |

BUS TRANSPORT INFORMATION |
For parents who are unable to bring their children to camp, Village Camps operates a bus service from designated locations, with intermediate stops en route.
The fee for this service is Chf 200 per child per session and is payable with the camp fee. |

Full payment of fees and optional extras must accompany every application. For your convenience, we offer a variety of methods of payment:
