Well Well Well… another summer of Village Day Camps has come to an end, and we all have to wait until next year until we can come back. It has been an incredible summer- all the staff have had a great time and we hope the campers have enjoyed themselves as much as we have, from the excursions to all the activities that we had here on campus, the barbeque lunches and even all the rainy days, it was fantastic.

Today was just as much fun as the previous special days, thankfully the weather was nicer than predicted- all the skits and performances were held outside, and the senior groups and the Nine year olds who were scheduled to go to the pool were able to head to Nyon. The Counselors skit went well this morning- the Harry Potter edition of ‘So You Think You Can Dance’ was a huge success with the Hufflepuffs taking the top Prize!! The barbeque was good fun, and Antoine’s (our wonderful chef) hamburgers were as popular as ever- I think there must be as much food consumed on Special day as all the other days of the week put together.

The carnival was also a good laugh, the weather was perfect in the afternoon and it was great too see the campers enjoying themselves after all the hard work they put in to the dances. They fully earned all the ice creams that they had afterwards.

To all of you who did come today, as well as all of you who were unable to, we hope your children had a wonderful time this summer, we will be sending out brochures for next year’s program some time around February and we hope to see all of your children, as well as you, again.
